2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, using either Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the service selected.

3. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link or reference number, if tracking is available.

4. Delivery Addresses

  • Make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete when you place your order.

  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.

  • If you notice an error in the address immediately after ordering, email us ASAP — we’ll try to change it before dispatch, but we can’t guarantee this.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • If you order from outside the UK, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes might apply.

  • These costs are not covered by Boujeè & Cute — they are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Missing, Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

  2. Contact the courier or your local Post Office.
